With over four decades of experience in cannabis advocacy, Paul has been at the forefront of policy reform, education, and business development within the hemp and cannabis industries.

As the founder of Portland Hempstalk, The Hemp & Cannabis Foundation (THCF) and the Campaign for the Restoration and Regulation of Hemp (CRRH), Paul has played a pivotal role in advocating for cannabis legalization across the United States. His work has helped thousands of patients gain access to medical cannabis and has influenced significant legislative changes at both state and national levels.

Paul's deep knowledge of hemp's industrial, medical, and economic potential has made him a sought-after speaker at global cannabis and sustainability events. A monumental hempcrete throne crafted live during Texas HempstaLK by Harry Hemp and the Sculpting Team, representing our community's growth and artistic vision.
Design & Construction
Built in real-time throughout the event, allowing attendees to witness the artistry and skill behind hemp-based sculpting. Designed for durability and long-term presence as a landmark piece.
Live Creation Process
Watch as Harry Hemp and the Sculpting Team transform raw hempcrete into an architectural masterpiece. The throne takes shape day by day during the festival.
